The regulations for commercial UAV(unmanned automontonomous or aerial vehicle) are rapidly changing. OverWatch Solutions works diligently withTransport Canada and NAV Canada to make sure we are up to date with all the laws and regulations.

The good relationship we have with Transport Canada has paid off. Transport Canada has awarded OverWatch Solutions with a restricted-complex SFOC(Special Flight Operations Certificate) for all of Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, Nunavut, the Yukon and Northwest Territories. We also have a ROC certificate of proficiency in radio as well from Industrial Canada
